Bishopdale Club members represent many different age ranges, cultural backgrounds and occupations. The thing that links us all is the desire to improve our speaking skills, gain confidence, learn new things, meet new people and have some fun doing it.
Our members come from all over Christchurch but particularly from north west suburbs like Bishopdale, Burnside, Harewood, Russley, Papanui, Fendalton, Riccarton and Bryndwyr. We were formally established on April 1st 1992 and have been one of the stronger clubs in Christchurch ever since.
Speeches can be on topics from the humorous to the serious and everything in between. You choose.
